Furniture Giveaway 09/30/2023
Cornerstone Realty Group and Pilar Realty Group Furniture Giveaway - Official Rules
Eligibility:
- To enter, participants must sign up for one of our home buyer classes on September 30th, 2023, at RockOne Realty located at 14422 FM 2590 (Soncy), Amarillo, Texas 79119.
- The giveaway is open to all individuals who attend the classes, with separate classes available in both Spanish at 10:00 am and English at 2:00 pm.
- The drawing will be held at noon on September 30th, 2023.
- You do not have to be present to win.
Prize:
- The winner will receive a voucher for furniture up to the value of $1,500.
- Furniture must be selected from House of Furniture, located at I-40 and Washington in Amarillo.
- The prize holds no cash value and is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or any other items.
Ineligibility:
- RockOne Realty agents or employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this giveaway.
How to Enter:
- Attend one of our home buyer classes on September 30th, 2023, at RockOne Realty in Amarillo.
- Complete the required sign-up process during the class.
Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected via a random drawing held at noon on September 30th, 2023, from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided during sign-up.
- If the selected winner cannot be reached within 5 business days after the drawing, a new winner will be randomly selected.
Publicity:
- By entering the giveaway, participants grant Cornerstone Realty Group and Pilar Realty Group the right to use their name for promotional purposes without any additional compensation.
Release:
- By participating in this giveaway, entrants release Cornerstone Realty Group, Pilar Realty Group, RockOne Realty, House of Furniture, and all affiliated entities from any liability in connection with this giveaway.
Miscellaneous:
- This giveaway is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
- Cornerstone Realty Group and Pilar Realty Group reserve the right to amend these rules or terminate the giveaway at any time without notice.
- By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and the decisions of Cornerstone Realty Group and Pilar Realty Group, which are final and binding.
